About Tetris House

The Tetris House is a revolutionary prefabricated modular
construction system that redefines flexibility in modern building
design. Unlike conventional modular homes, which have fixed
layouts and predetermined volumes, Tetris House allows for an
almost infinite range of configurations by adding or removing 4m x
4m fundamental modules in any direction—horizontal, vertical, or
even stacked, just like a Tetris structure. This flexibility enables the
system to meet diverse client needs and adapt to various
construction plot constraints, making it suitable for a wide range of
uses, including permanent residences, temporary homes, or
weekend retreats.

Modul 5-1

High-precision, workshop-produced elements: All components of Tetris House are manufactured in controlled workshop environments, ensuring superior quality and precision. This also means that weather conditions do not affect production, reducing delays and ensuring faster delivery.
Rapid assembly: The houses are built on-site using dry construction methods, meaning there’s no need for wet processes like concrete pouring. This drastically reduces construction time, allowing the house to be ready for occupancy in just 1-2 months.
Versatile load-bearing structures: The structural framework can be made from steel or wood, depending on the project requirements. Both materials provide durability and flexibility in design.

Innovative wall, floor and roof panels: The use of sandwich panels with integrated thermal insulation ensures that the building is energy-efficient and meets modern building standards. These panels are made from recycled materials, contributing to the system’s low carbon footprint and making it an eco-friendly alternative to conventional construction methods.
